Where are all the Masonic references, such as the explanation about the significance of DC being planned in a five-pointed star shape, and the pyramid topping the Washington Monument, and the fact that many of the Founding Fathers were Freemasons? History can also show us that the "God" mentioned in the US founding documents was the Masonic "Great Architect!" Give 'em enough rope and they might hang themselves in the process... I agree with Barton: the Visitor Center is too secular! My visit to Mt Vernon and hearing the crap even the guides were perpetuating made me soooo pissed. Then they actually held a prayer service by Washington's crypt. My husband and I kept walking around during it while all these people were standing there with their heads bowed going along with the nonsense. Washington probably rolls over every time they do that. 666, they would all be blind to it.
