Pat C. now has the audio portion of his commentaries on iTunes as a downloadable podcast, which of course I subscribe to…portable Pat Condell…makes me miss The Old Git, our previous English freethinker-in-residence. I haven’t looked up his website in awhile, think I need to do so.

It seems that the Danes are the happiest people because they don’t fall into the American Dream. At the thread, one of the posters has a link to a video series by Alain de Botton who wrote “The Consolations of Philosophy”, and this is a good complement to his book.

Thanks, Stardust, for that wonderful, oh-so appropriate, Sunday…erm…atheist sermon!
I just got up a little while ago.
Yeah…I over-shlepped, and missed going to Choich (not really!)…something like…
“Missed it by THAT much!” (an old “Get Smart” reference); and I think Pat just made my day…or maybe, the week!

He does have a marvelous way with words.
Has anyone noticed if there’s a trail of piss from all those indignant, exiting, lurking trolls…
