I once got into an arguement about how free will can’t exist with an all knowing infallible god and the “counter arguements” were BS hypotheticals and not really much of an arguement anyway.
“Free will is one of the ultimate cop outs. If it’s good, goddidit. If it’s bad, free will (i.e. our fault, usually the result of pride).”
I kept getting things like “Well gawd is above time” and “If you rewatched the Superbowl and knew the Colts (or whoever actually won) were going to win, did you make them win.”
None of these arguements countered mine because you can’t.
